Marko waitlist · Version 1 · 21 October 2026

Marko is a training coach app for iPhone and the web, coming in 2027. Until it launches, this page covers the Marko waitlist and this website. When the app is released, its full privacy policy replaces this page at the same address.

Who we are

Marko is made by NIE DIGITAL LTD OOD ("NIE DIGITAL", "we"), a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 204932502, with its registered address at Ovcha Kupel, bl.511, vh.V, Sofia, Bulgaria. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. You can reach us about anything here at hello@niedigital.dev.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

We don't ask for your name, and we collect nothing else.

Why we use it

We don't use your email address for anything else: not for advertising, not to build a profile of you, and not in the Marko app. If we start a newsletter after the launch, we'll ask for your consent again first.

Confirming your address

When you join, we send you an email with a link to confirm your address. Until you confirm it, we send you nothing else. If you don't confirm it within 30 days, we delete it.

No tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, loads nothing from other websites and sets no cookies of its own. Our emails don't link opens or clicks to you: at most, we see anonymous totals.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each visit, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you requested, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from automated traffic. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The country Cloudflare reads from your connection picks whether prices show in euros or dollars; we don't store it.

Who handles your data

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. Two providers handle it on our behalf, as our processors under data processing terms:

Some of the companies that work for these providers are outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States (Cloudflare itself, and Brevo's subprocessors Cloudflare, Zendesk, Omni and Brevo Inc.) and in India (a Brevo group company). Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

Write to hello@niedigital.dev and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or to the data protection authority where you live.

Age

Marko is for adults. Please join the waitlist only if you're 18 or over.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update its version and date at the top. If a change affects what we do with your email address, we'll ask for your consent again before it applies.

NIE DIGITAL's own website has a separate privacy policy at niedigital.dev/privacy.
