AI coach for iPhone and the web

Training that fits your week.

Marko is an AI coach that fits your training into your week, and re-plans it when life gets in the way.

Your first week is free when Marko launches. Then $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year.

We'll email you a link to confirm your address. Our privacy notice explains how we handle it.

The beta starts in December. Marko comes to the App Store in late January.

Today, decided.

Open the app and today is at the top: the session, how long, how hard and the numbers that matter. The rest of the week sits below it.

Life moves. Your plan follows.

Drag a session to another day, mark a day busy or shorten it to 30 min. Marko re-plans the rest of the week and shows you what moved and why. Or tell Marko "I'm away Thursday to Saturday."

Gym, runs, rides and food targets in one plan.

Your sessions are planned together, so a heavy leg day doesn't land before a key ride. Daily calorie and protein targets follow your weight trend.

Every Sunday, a fresh week.

A short check-in on Sunday: what you did, how hard it was, how life was. Then Marko shows you next week and what changed.

A coach with rules.

Your plan comes from coaching rules: mostly easy endurance, never two hard days in a row, a recovery week every fourth week. Marko explains the plan and never makes one up.

From a first 5 km to a gran fondo.

Starting out, you see minutes and effort. If you train with zones, kilograms and watts, you see those.

Questions

Your first week is free. Then Marko Pro is $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year, and you can cancel at any time. Outside the euro area and the US, the App Store shows the price in your currency.

Which devices?

iPhone, and the web on a computer. Not Android, for now.

Marko reads your workouts, weight, heart rate and sleep from Apple Health, so Apple Watch works, and so does any device whose app writes workouts to Apple Health.

Which sports?

Running, road cycling, the gym, bodyweight at home and walking.

Metric or imperial?

Either.

Is it medical advice?

No. It's general guidance for healthy adults. If something hurts, Marko tells you to rest and to see a doctor.
